• Animal Feed

  For many years, CNSL has been known for its biological effects on various microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, parasites, etc.). Taking advantage of this potential, ORPIA Innovation has been able to extract and isolate the most effective active ingredients, creating a range of patented solutions for digestion control in ruminants.

2. Cosmetics & Home Care

Convenience products such as cosmetics or cleaning products are used daily and more consumers are now looking for formulas that are more respectful of health and the environment. In order to reduce the carbon footprint of these products, we have developed bio-based and biodegradable molecules adapted to the needs of formulators.

• Cosmetics

  Our R&D team has developed active ingredients for hair care, personal hygiene, and sun care products. We also offer anionic and non-ionic emulsifying agents.

• Home Care

  Our Home Care range consists of detergents and active molecules with antibacterial properties for the formulation of dishwashing or laundry detergents.

3. Materials

ORPIA Innovation has developed several specialty chemical products that can be used in the plastics, composites, paints, varnishes, buildings industries, etc. Some of our products are used in many processes in the chemical industry as thinners, thickeners, and reagents.

• Building & Construction (binder for bitumen)

  Our R&D team strives to find solutions from renewable resources for construction additives. For example, we offer bitumen binders for the road industry to partially replace the petroleum-based binders currently used.

• Paints & Coatings

  Our Paints & Coatings range includes high-quality raw materials for the synthesis of different types of coatings (epoxy, acrylates, esters, alkyds) but also for paint formulation (surfactants). Some of our active molecules act as reactive diluents to lower the viscosity of formulations while decreasing the quantity of VOCs introduced.

• Plastic Additives

  ORPIA Innovation has designed additives for plastics (PVC, cellulose acetate), composites, and polymers. Plasticizers (secondary, flame retardant), stabilizing agents (surfactants), and reactive diluents have also been developed by our R&D team.

4. Energy & Environment

To meet the growing demand for carbon-free energy and bio-based materials, ORPIA has developed turnkey industrial units for biomass producers and processors, so that they can make the most of their by-products in the energy and materials sectors.
